Issue with Greddy Profec B spec 2

Hi,
I have a Greddy Profec B Spec2 that I just installed and I believe the unit is not sending power to activate the solenoid. I have ran power direct to the solenoid and it clicks (meaning it should work). Is there anyway to test the unit to make sure it is sending power to the solenoid?

Set the settings low and hook a meter to the output harness that goes to the solenoid to see if its getting power.

Also make sure your settings are right, Profec's are goofy.
