Hi folks, I'm having difficulty nailing down my iscposition to ~30. I'm tuning the car for the first time. I have tps voltage ~0.61, I've adjusted my ips per manual recommendations and now i'm setting my idle to 1050 (bc 272s). However, I noticed that my iscpostion was not at 30 on idle. I grounded the timing via link, let the car heat up and then started adjusting the BISS screw. I cannot nail down that 30 position. The number keeps jumping around. I'm also going slow waiting 10-15 seconds after a change. It will shoot all the way past 100 and then dip down to zero and I'm not sure what's going on. I've tested the isc coils and have appropriate resistance. Only thing I can think of is maybe there is a short in the isc wiring because sometime it will buzz when I reconnect the battery but stop when I turn the key to ON. Thanks for any help.
