So ive pulled my motor again for certain reasons, decided i'd chop out the cruise control.

I took off the the bracket welded to the cabe going from the cruise box to the Throttle body, and jsut crimped on the cable coming out of the firewall...

A little bending and voila?

15 minutes tops. from beginning to end.

Anyone else do it this easily?

Done this on both my 1g and 2g. Excellent throttle responce with this simple mod. Not sure why more people do this rather than get those still quite length non-cruise cables

nice, but i didnt mod anything really, just clipped that flat adjuster plate on the firewall throttle cable.

Didnt have to loosen anybolts or mod anything.

Very simple though.
