Is this safe? Manifold collector damage?

I would probably look into replacing it rather soon. Once pieces come off they will go through the turbine wheel, possibly destroying your turbo.

Who ported the manifold?

I don't like it, and for the price and availability of 2g cast mani's, I'd look into getting another one

I would recommend replacing it as well. That piece looks like it's ready to come off and do some damage to the turbine.

Yes, grinding away the divider will hurt flow.

I did not port this manifold, I got this froma guy on the link forums who responded to a WTB. The area did scare me, so I decided to post and I am now looking for a different manifold.

Romeen, I believe you and I remember hearing about the divider, but what exactly does it do? I was thinking T3 manifolds dont have dividers, why is it so important to have one on a cast manifold? That way I have a complete answer instead of " becasue thats what I was told"

Most T3 manifolds are firing downward straight down the throat of the turbine housing, these cast units are pretty much shooting straight at each other and have to make a 90 degree turn to get in the turbine housing, so it helps with that. It also helps separate the 1-4 exhaust pulses from the 2-3, so they aren't fighting each other.
