I have a small 16G turbo, and custom o2 housing with wastegate side blocked. and went with External Wastegate Setup. I welded the gate shut. At the Flapper and On top at the arm. The exhaust gases still leaks out of the wastegate side between the o2 housing. I was thinking of filling the wastegate hold with WB Weld so it can't have leaks. But I was also thinking of doing the same with in side also where the manfold gases go in. To smooth out the air flow. Plus I have a crack there so thought I would fill it too. Is that a good idea? Will I have any issues with doing that?
