I was replacing my oil return line, and i seen this. I was trying to look for something not right, because my car has been pulling to the right, steering wheel cocked to the left ( around 10'oclock) and i hear a lot of clanking down bumpy roads and suspension pops when flexed a lot (up/down movement) or jacking car up.

The metal sleeve is whats sticking out...

Have you checked the CV joint? See if the rubber grommet is all right and not torn.
Take a look at the rotors and brake pads on the right side. Make sure the caliper isn't sticking.

Also, if you haven't already, check tire pressures and make sure the tires are balanced okay. Might need

Nou sure if how to tell if a bushing is bad visually, tho if you physically try to turn the wheel by hand with you car up on jackstands, you can get a feel for how loose or tight your suspension is. Maybe you can narrow down a certain part thats loose and replace it, or press in new bushings

I doubt it is your metal sleeve that is coming out, they appear that way even from the dealer brand new. So rest assured the sleeve is in there, they are pretty tightly squeezed in there. The pictures you posted don't show the condition that the rubber bushing is in. Worst case scenario is that rubber is all cracked and falling apart. If that was the case then you would definitely hear your strut pounding around.
Also visually inspect the ball joints. But I seem to think that you have a bad alignment.
