Hey guys, so recently I bought a WH1C off tuners, that needed a rebuild. Upon recieving, I noticed a few things: Shaft play was somewhat minute, but did not spin freely. An obvious sign of a rebuild in mind. BUT, upon examining the inlet, I noticed a few scratches where the compressor touched the housing. The blades look great for the most part, so I do not understand. Will the CHRA be destroyed from the present damage? (Busy this week, no time to dissasemble). Or, with the durable nature of Holset turbos, a rebuild of the CHRA will be it? Any thoughts you guys? Thanks!
