The down pipe gasket has a little of the outer edge missing but I'm not sure were to find the turbo mounting housing gasket because I have a brand new one but the center hole is a lot smaller

I would not re-use any of them IMO. The composite gaskets for the turbos are JUNK. Get a felpro from the local auto parts store and then port out the stainless gaskets to match your specific needs. The gaskets are cheap in price and wont burn out if torqued properly. I bought mine for a 95 turbo from autozone as they couldn't pull anything specific for a 1g.

I would replace the turbo gasket. For the few bucks extra it will cost you might as well do the job right.. The exhaust gaskets should be fine..

Hey guys thanks for the tips I decided to buy all 3 gaskets tho the main turbo gasket was $22 only because they said I need a 7cm for my Evo I 16g turbo also got the oem 2.5" down pipe gasket cost me $7 and finally I noticed to o2 housing gasket was only $5 so I bought it Awell only prob is I did not know which verson fit the Evo I 16g house so I took and chance and got the Evo 3 o2 gasket I hope I made the right choice.

Nothing wrong with a 7cm gasket..The o2 one will probably work. The evo 3 o2 housing is slightly cocked. It will be slightly larger than the 2g.But properly tightened. It should be fine. You could always test it to be sure. But there should be no problems.

Ok cool thanks for the reply that gasket I think it's from Mitsubishi And what they installed in the engine from factory when the engine was assembled but how do you test them? I order a new gasket but it was the evo3 gasket cause I thought that is what I needed,

Just put the gasket on before bolting the stuff on.Obviously if its not a large enough diameter you got the wrong one.A dremel can fix that most of the time.LOL

I just got a new compressor gasket.And it's diameter is a tad larger than the 14b outlet.But I don't give a crap.As long as it seals:thumb:

***UPDATE***

Hey guys so my gaskets all came in today I wanna install all 3 but do I spray the copper spray on all 3 of these gaskets and also with the exhaust and turbo gasket as soon on the pics Below which are the proper way to face them when installing?? Thanks,

Rix.

a good place to order parts that I've had experience with if your in Canada is RTM RACING. they are located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, i just ordered a manifold to turbo 20g a SS, oil return gaskets, 3" SS exhaust gasket, OEM EVO III o2 gasket, and a 4 layer exhaust manifold gasket for under 80 bucks. little more pricer expensive than stock but they are stronger reuseable and more reliable.

i don't know if i broke any rules by posting about a non sponsor if i did i apologize. just giving some info.
