Is this gasket kit my best bet?

It's my first rebuild I'm not sure what to do am I better of buying a gasket kit for the whole engine

1. Figure out every single gasket you will need.
2. Look through "full engine" gasket kits and see what they come with.
3. Figure out if they come with all you need, or if you need to purchase additional ones.

You need all the gaskets one way or another. Doesn't matter if you buy them in a kit or separately. I always use OEM gaskets, and would recommend doing so.

I always buy a oem lower gasket set, and then purchase the intake and headgasket seperately. use a mls head gasket just to be safe

I second that on the oem gaskets. Oem is almost always a sturdy way to go. I would just get the set from Jnz and buy the mls seperate am ## good to go. I recently finished my rebuild and that was i did. Its runs good so far:hellyeah:

My buddy had good luck with the eBay full gasket kit, but i wouldnt recommend using the head gasket it comes with
