I recently bought my GST and it had an 18g, SAFCII, and Innovate Wideband +LC1 on it, but stock fuel pump and injectors. I have done alot of searching and reading and have come up with this set up for what my goals are for now and I want to just double check with you guys to see if I am correct:
Already on the car:
Greddy 18g
SAFCII
Wideband + LC1 and Logworks wideband logger
What I think i need:
650cc injectors
Walbro 255HP Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump Rewire
I'm basing this off of the DSM Tuning Sheet v2.1. Also, I dont want to get a better logger right now. I'm thinking this will be fine if i keep the boost under 20psi and I'm not sure if I need an AFPR. I don't really have a very specific HP goal right now, but I want a safe tune at around 10.5 AFR with IDC's at 80% and anything over 300hp to the crank is fine for me, getting traction is an issue already and its sitting at 10psi right now to be on the safe side. I don't know what the wideband readings are as of yet because I need to recalibrate the sensor because it was disconnected and therefore reset before I even knew what it was for...heck, if the AFR is fine as it is I might not do any of this, but if I upgrade I want to do it right.
I know this isn't pushing the 18g, and 650s won't from what I understand, but thats not what I'm trying to do. Its my DD, I dont want to push it. I want an upgrade I can afford, while still making the right choice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated : )
