top right hole.So I was cleaning the threads for the new head studs and dropped the tap down this hole which I'm assuming is down to the crank.... Just want to confirm I have to pull the oil pan to get her out.

I dropped it in the uppermost left hole

so which one is it?

have you tried using a magnet so you don't have to pull the pan?

From what I see we are looking at the back of the block,
the top right will be a head bolt hole, that also takes the head alignment dowel

Now if you are speaking of the hole on the left, in line with the red fitting, that should be an oil return hole to the oil pan

Yeah it went down by the -AN fitting... Some days these things make me wonder why I didn't just get a darn Viper.

** FUN FACT**
Did you know the 1gen viper engine is based off a old Toyota Box truck engine?

Dodge bought the rights to it, changed cams, and modifed the oil system and put it the Viper.
