is the shocker next to the exhaust a dsm thing?

Post a pic so i have some idea what the hell you are talking about.

it was actually started by J. Thomas Fleshwa circa 1976, scholars maintain that the make of his car was lost in translation hundreds of years ago and can only speculate as to which brand of car enthusiats continued the trend

yeah like i said i went under the photo tab, and a few days ago i saw two different guys with that symbol above their exhaust, and i was just wondering if it is a new dsm thing

yeah like i agree, i think it's mainly a honda thing

I was going to get one for my car, but I'm a big enough douchebag with my Croakies, Oakley Frogskins, and popped collar.

Can I be kool now guyz?

Lol, kidding.
My buddy with an Evo has this on his car, and so does his brother with an AMS tuned 2g.
It's kinda our dumb little thing.

Never seen that on a Honda but every VW around here has one in western PA i asked my friend who owns a VW performance shop why an he said i have no idea i dont put that shit on my car, i think if you wanted to have you own little thing why not put a name for a car club on your window or something other then that. I just dont know what there trying to say, are they saying there car is shocking? Not really when every dub in 15 miles of me has one of those stickers.

Well, at least it's not a NorCal sticker, stars and all.

I'm quite amused that instead of typing VW, people say things like V-dubz.
But hey, maybe internet lingo has finally stopped devolving and is now headed back to longer "words" that might eventually lead to everyone just typing like adults instead of 11 year old girls on AIM?

The Subaru guys have been doing the shocker stickers and hand gestures since 2003. When I had my STi, it was common to have another WRX/STi owner drive by and give you the shocker and you were suppose to return the same hand gesture. Sometimes some new Subaru owners would take the shocker hand gesture like you were flipping them off and would give you the bird in return.

Not trying to say its only a Subaru thing but I never seen a larger group use the shocker sticker / hand gesture so much as the Subby crowd.

There you go. One above his exhaust. Question, Why did you put it above the exhaust??

If you're going to ask that, ask why the hell people put it on their cars in the first place :p
