Intermittent knock with acceleration + Log

First thoughts are Phantom knock. In the attached log there are a couple accelerations, some with knock and some with no knock. Can't seem to find the cause.
Normally only happens in 5th (shouldn't make a difference, but never knocks in 4th...), while under light load or mild acceleration.

Thoughts?
And if you notice anything else out of whack, let me know.

Go into your ALS/KNCK tab in ECU settings and change the Knock Sensor Control to 3500rpm and 30% throttle. Thats also a classic case of a loose or bad knock sensor, even by changing those setting the odds are you'll get PK doing WOT pulls and you won't be able to tune your car.
