help with log/knock

so I finally got a logger in the car. Played around with it and SAFC and got lots of knock. Fixed the lo-th with SAFC and so did the hi-th. Now last run I still get knock at partial throttle. low throttle (<30%) and high (>65%) it runs great.

Here is the logs for partial throttle. Can I just changed the low-hi setting on the SAFC and make it either hi or low? (50/50) instead of having the intermediate step? The ECU apparently isn't dumpping in more fuel.

also how much Inj. D/C can you push? on the WOT runs I get about 89% with the stock injectors, stock pump and a 16g. I am only running 11 psi's for now. If I push it up to 95% or more would I run the risk of anything? What happens at 100%?

the lo/mid/hi trims are 132/105/100

also 2 more questions:

since the low trim is so high, is it possible that the O2 is on the way out?

also the 5th run the mid trim has been increased from 100 to 105, and low from 138 to 132 (after I up the lo-th correction on SAFC). Should I just keep driivng a bit longer and wait for the ECU to learn my car further and maybe knock will be down/fuel trim will go up?

If it wasn't a WOT run, why are you trying to tune making a 1/2 throttle pull WTF ?

Tune your trims at idle. 1k, 2k, 3k and transfer these settings across the rest of your low throttle Ne Points.
 
According to your O2's when knock develops it starts getting rich too, even though I don't trust a narrow band worth a damn.

But try this:

Add fuel at about 1500, possibly 10% and trim out til the KS picks up.

If that doesn't work, you may have to pull a few degrees out of base timing.
