What the hell? Brande new battery, it starts, headlights turn on but none of my accessories. Car won't lock unless done so manually, windows won't roll down, cd player doesn't come one. Can someone help me out? Thankyou

check all fuses...take them out with a needlenose pliers and look at them. You should see your problem right there

Check the 80A Alternator fuse in the engine bay. If your at the passenger side wheel, its the one all the way to the top right corner.

I forgot about disconnecting my battery when working around my alternator and blew it. Power locks, seat belts, radio etc all died.

It's a fuse. By using a multimeter you can find a blown fuse where you don't necessarily have to remove each one. For the flat bladed type fuses there are 2 contacts on the top of each. Turn the ignition on (to energize more circuits) and with the multimeter set to read voltage and at least 12 volts, measure the voltage across each fuse. If any have any voltage at all, they are blown (since a fuse is supposed to be a short circuit). If no voltage, measure each fuse contact to ground. If there is the exact same non-zero voltage on each contact, that fuse is good. If both contacts read zero volts to ground, that fuse may be good or bad and you will have to remove it and check it's continuity separately.
