Intake Manifold Gasket '99

I know that on most parts of the engine that your have to replace the gakset after it is removed...
Does this same rule apply to the Intake Manifold Gasket? or could I put the old one back on after I clean the inside of the Manifold?

I reuse mine.

Just replace it if u reuse it and it leeks your going to be pissed. There not expensive.

I was hoping that since it was already broken in to the shape I might be able to reuse it if I lined it up again. What do you think?
and how long would it take to clean? just curious...

Have you already taken your intake manifold apart? The standard paper gaskets have a tendency to stick and break, so reusing them is generally out of the question.

I didn't want to take my intake off until I was sure... My car gets an average of 40 to 50 miles a day and almost everyday so It's got to be reasily accessable... so I did not know it was a paper gasket... but if it is I don't need to take it off yet I guess...
