Innovate lc-1 calibration wire confusion

So on my innovate lc-1 im a little confused on what to do with the wires, I have 2 black wires off of the led/button, one also has a little red wire with it, the other doesn't Where do I connect these?

I looked at the diagram and its confusing me.

2 black wires on the button. And 1 red, 1 black on the light.
Take one of the black wires from the button and the black wire from the light and ground those together. Then take the other black wire and red wire together to the module. (I think it's the black lc-1 wire if I remember correctly)

Been a while sence I installed mine there should be instructions on there website.I know you use it to break the connection in between the wire not sure if its the black wire tho.
