Injen pipe and greddy pipes, fitment trouble?

I just installed the greddy intercooler pipe kit yesterday and I noticed something, my K&N filter is getting mangled by the elbow part of the pipe kit. It seems that the injen intake pipe puts the filter too close to the pipe. Anyone else have trouble with this setup?

I dont have greddy pipes but i have dejon tool pipes and i have the same problem.

I have the Greddy IC pipes and Injen intake.. the filter touches the pipe, but it's nothing to worry about.
