The test pipe is just a stright pipe to delete your CAT. As for the down pipe that would be a good upgrade from the stock one cause its restrictive. I would buy them they will help your motor more breath freely. Thus a little bit more HP

If you install the test pipe you will have to delete your second O2 senser. This site has the threads on the process.
