Hello all, I bought a used greddy lower i/c pipe for my gst not too long ago. Well it was a huge pain to put on, seemed like i need to take the i/c off the car to put it on which makes no sense. Well after putting it on I noticed a huge boost leak so it had to be that. Just curious if you do have to take the stock sidemount off to install the lower or what? Kinda surprised being from greddy it just doesnt slide on.

Thanks
for a 95 btw.

yea...same here..when i bought mine it just bolted up pretty easy, didnt remove the IC or anything, just the stock Ic pipes. Just get thinking...like its best to slide the couplers first all the way on the pipe then place the pipe and slide the couplers on the IC and turbo. As for the upper IC pipe it just bolted up.

Yeah. The lower I/C is a major pain in the rear to put on. Mine looked a bit too long when I put in place of the stock pipes, but I turned it like 15 degrees and that helped installation a lot. I really can't explain which way I turned it, but I could post a pic of how it looks like now if interested.

Well like i said after some twisting it went on originally but i took it off due to it leaking boost. So i was just curious how you guys put it on, i know it's simple in theory but it's a bi***. I'll try it again with more patience.
