Injector tip melted?

So I was doing a boost leak test and found a couple leaks at some of the lower injector o-rings. When I unbolted the fuel rail and pulled the injectors I noticed they were all slightly melted looking at the tip that goes into the head. They are PTE 680's about a year old. Also the o-rings are dried out and a little cracked, do I need new ones or can I stop the boost leak by oiling them and reusing them? Thanks. -John

If the seals are cracked they should be replaced. It is more of a safety issue than anything.

Do you have pictures of the injectors?
