Injector Sizing

Ok so here is what I have, Walbro 255, 2.3 Stroker, Stocker Turbo Plan to upgrade, Maf-t, AFR,Full Exhaust, What size injectors should I get to support around 450 500

Also buy an afpr since you have a 255lph pump. The 255 flows to much and overuns the stock fpr causing huge tunning issues.

It depends on what you're tuning with. If DSMLink, then get 1000cc or higher IMO, they idle fine.

Good tech on selecting an injector for a particular application, with a handy calculator on the bottom. All of the variables to plug into the calculator are explained in the article.

For example, according to that calculator with 500hp, 55psi of fuel pressure, 80% max duty and a BSFC of .6, you're looking at 876cc. I think their calculator err's a bit on the high side, but it gets you close.

According to that calculator, 720s would be at just over 97% duty cycle at 500hp and 55psi. That doesn't leave much room for error (or injector deposits )

I would say get about 850cc. And if you want 450-500whp you should definitly get dsmlink.
