General Injector and tune question

I currently have an evo3 turbo on the car (95 GSX) and I may upgrade in the future. The genius did not upgrade injectors or have any software to tune.

So, that being said i wanna buy injectors so my question is if I buy DSM Link and 950cc injectors (for evo3 now) can i program it to only use enough fuel for my evo 3 turbo t=or will it just be dumping more fuel and i should buy a little smaller injectors until i buy a bigger turbo?

Car is 95 gsx
TRE trans
6 bolt motor
apexi 3 inch cat back
intake
evo 3 motor

Need to upgrade fuel system, dsm link, possible bigger turbo

Dsmlink will tune specifically for the injector size you buy and is one of the main reasons people buy it. Ecu will use as much fuel as you tell it to based on the size you pick. Oversimplified but should answer your question.

I'd max out the turbo you've got before upgrading because it will provide the experience and time necessary to understand your car and tuning system enough to properly tune for a larger turbo.
