Long story short a buddy flipped his dsm and busted a cam gear by landing upside down. He thinks he shut the car off but can't be sure LOL. We're going to pull the head either way because loads of oil leaked up past the piston rings but somehow mentioned this mysterious inertia switch and it's had me wondering about it.

I did a quick search and came up empty. So does anyone know if 1g's have this sensor or not?

There is no roll over fuel cutoff switch in a 1g. There is a G-force sensor, but it's only function is for the ABS.

Busted cam gear, probably bent some valve. I doubt he had to even turn it off due to it coming to a mechanical halt.

Pictures please!
