95 windows won't roll up.

My car was t-bonned on passenger side. I just got it back from the shop and have been having problems with window, stereo, mirrors, and ac. I did just also replace the alternator and battery, it seems to be charging and running fine but have absolutely no power to roll widows up or even move my seat forward... If anybody has an idea let me know... PLEASE!!!!!!! Ohhh, and my door locks have never worked since I bought the car, it does have an alarm and whenever I plug positive batter terminal in the alarm goes off and the drivers side door only will lock????? And now that I've been hit and had the car fixed instead of my alarm chirping twice it only chirps once and will not set!???

This may seem obvious but simple things get overlooked a lot. Have you checked fuses? Also there may be a wire or 2 that didnt get hooked back up.

Check the fuses in the underhood box.
The seats & windows are seprate fuses.
There is also a few important fuses in the interior fuse box.

For the T-bone aftermath/body work, did the body shop have to take the dash out?
The grounds for both those circuits reside in the dash area, that's a possibility too.
