I'm dumbfounded on which way to go. I could either go with the Buschur or Full Blown in-tank parallel pumps or go the in-series and add an external pump.

I know that the in-tank pumps have a higher flow rating and can hold longer, but have extremely high fuel pressure at idle problems while the in-series pumps hold a flatter more stable flow.

Any advice?

both have their pros and cons. I think its all about your personal prefernce. What kind of setup do you have? Bosche 044s are going on my setup.

Parallel pumps will undoubtedly flow more fuel overall. Series pumps shine at high pressures, they flow without dropping off. For overall flow, you will want parallel pumps, as you can see from the chart you posted, parallel pumps flow more up to 100psi, so unless your running 50+lbs of boost, it's obviously the way to go. Or one big pump. ;)
