2G In need of a 4g63

have a 98 gsx, engine blew as soon as i bought it (my luck .) the entire engine is done. fist size hole in the block. looking for a 4g63, cant find this engine for a reasonable price. only place was carmonkeys.com but i figured they're a fraud company, dont seem trustworthy, and the reviews look fake. been having lots of scam issues lately. especially with people trying to buy my 300zx. need a reliable source to buy an engine from. should i look for 2G used/refurbished engines? or just throw in an evo engine? i dont care the hp or anything, just want my gsx running.

All depends on the coin you want to spend. There are good vendors out there for new/rebuilt but it will cost you. You could also browse around for a cheap running dsm. Often, if you keep your eyes open you can stumble across a bargain for a cheap running donor.
