Ill-fitting INJEN intake, or common?

Hey people, after installation, I never really bothered to adjust my INJEN intake, it seems to run just fine, no leaks, and it seemed to like to sit as pictured. I noticed a significant performance increase like normal. But I am a neat-freak and the way it is sitting is starting to bother me. Have any of you noticed the same position with other DSMs or, do you think I should adjust it? Do you believe it is making any sort of intake restriction or is it even worth toying with. Itd be a fun and easy morning project, but is it worth adjusting?

Remove the injen intake, and leave the clamp and the connected to the turbo. Now look at the intake of the turbo and that is what the injen intake outlet see.

It you don't see any restrictions put re-aasembled it.
