ignition relay location

I just put a new JDM motor in my car and now its time to get is started. After trying to start the car nothing happens. Ive tested the starter and when i turn the key it has no volts. Ive narrowed it down to the ignition but i dont know where to find the relay...

I have a 98 eclipse spyder...

I don't think there's a relay for the starter, unless you mean the solenoid that's directly on the starter. Check that the starter wire is plugged in.

im not looking for a starter relay... im looking for the ignition relay, i had checked the wiring diagram with the haynes and there is one...

OK, UPDATE... i just found a loose wire and now he car turns but doesnt turn on
