Headlight Relay Location Question

My headlights are out, i checked all the fuses and the fusable links on the passenger side under the hood. I went to the parts store and they tried to sell me a headlight relay switch, the chick behind the counter told me this relay was located under the driverside dash. I spent a day or so wiring my turbo timer in last week so I know that I saw nothing like this part under there. Whre is the headlight relay supposed to be on a 90' GST?

And before you ask, I wired the TT in according to the manual and I used the harness adapter. I took it out to see if it could be the problem, but it had no effect and there were no loose wires or connections left behind.

Well I have a 91 Talon TSi so not 100% sure if they are in the same spot but it will give you a place to look.

Headlight Power & Pop-up Relay is located Under hood, passenger side, front side of shock tower, mounted on fuse panel.

So the pop up motor and the lights are both powered by the same relay? That would explain alot. the pop up motors work but not the lights themselves, I guess its only partially burned out. Now to find a replacement, thanks for the info.

If the good book is right there is a relay in the left kick pannel. I think it is called a low/high beam relay. The one under the hood (as far as I know) only controles the popups. It is the same relay that is used for the door locks.
