I tested my ignition coil today, Cylinder Number 1-4 has 13.73 ohms. Cyl 2-3 reads 0 whats wrong? New ignition coil?

If the resistance is infinite than yes the coil is bad.
Infinite means no connection basically. When you hold one probe in one hand and other probe in other hand. No touching. Nada. By the way, that should be 13.73kΩ or 13,730Ω (ohms)
BUT if it gives you the same reading as when touching the probes directly together, it may be shorted coil pack. Not sure how often that would happen but it's possible...
