2G Idling issue

I installed a 16g turbo on my 2g gst and during the process I went ahead and replaced my head gasket, water pump, timing belt, timing components and exhaust manifold, but now my car sounds like it has after market cams like a muscle car sputtering on idle, any ideas what it could be, and I've checked and tripled checked my timing and it's dead on.

Also I'm a complete noob any help will be greatly appreciated.

When you get a chance, can you fill out a vehicle profile? if another issue occurs, itll help narrow it down.

Can you post a short video clip? Could be an exhaust leak.

I ask because it introduces a whole raft of potential issues since you had the top end of the engine off.

I agree a video clip would go a long way to getting a handle on the type of problem.

i changed the head gasket and everything else stated because I just recently got the car 6 months ago and I have no history on it, and the odometer reads 210k miles so I wanted to do some maintenance on it.

Under your hood should have a vacuum diagram if its your oem hood. Fill out a profile & check this out. Thread 'Taboo speed shop vacuum diagram and removal for 1g and 2g.' Vacuum diagrams

A boost leak test might help show you something you forgot to connect or tighten also.

Also reroute your spark plug wires. 1 and 4 go on one side and 2 and 3 go on the other. You'll note that there are arrows on the rocker cover pointing in the direction the wire should go.

Weaving them like yours are can cause misfires.

While you said you checked three times I'd suggest taking some pictures so you can have someone else look over your shoulder. Like you said, it sounds like the car is cam'ed and that what would happen if you didn't get them right.

So here's a video of today on what the car is doing, I forgot to mention the smoke it throws out.

Also, my oil light has been on since I got the car, so don't mind that light.

Nothing is guaranteed until you physically inspect. I strongly recommend to inspect the pressure switch and its wire/connection.
If it's blinking because you actually have low oil pressure, sooner or later you would spin bearings and would need to rebuild the engine. Usually when you see that light means a bad switch or the wire/plug is loose and it's touching the ground or you have low oil pressure, less than approx 7 psi oil pressure at oil filter housing. less than 7 psi at oil filter housing means you have much less pressure in the block and almost zero at head. This would cause a lot of damage on many parts, if you would keep the engine running.
