1G Idling issue at start and in park

I have an all stock 1993 talon tsi AWD. It has a high idling issue at start and when in park. I replaced the idle air controlvalve and it did not fix the problem?

Anyone have any thoughts ?

Recommend to do general things first. Do the boost leak test and fix all leaks if it has (especially vacuum leaks around the throttle body) and adjust the BISS correctly. Also set the base ignition timing if it has never been set properly before.
