If that is the same as the biss screw on the t-body then you just turn left. Now I would close it and count the turns from the position it is in now, to how many turned for it to reach bottom. Then turn left to remove, replace o ring, go all the way down and count same number of turns back up. You should be fine as this is what I have done 2 times now. :thumb:
 
I assume you are having difficulty getting it out. Here are some things you could try:

  • Get a screw, thread it into the BISS and work it out with that. You will need a new BISS though.
  • remove the TB and stick a paperclip up through the BISS hole on the IM side to push it out. THIS IS BEST
  • An EZ-out.
 
Or back it out all the way and pressurize it with your boost leak tester assuming you have juan. Beware it will shoot out though haha.
