Well I have a 95 Eclipse GS-T with the 6 bolt motor swap (4g63) For some odd reason when its warmer outside (like over 75 degrees) It likes to idle high, but only when im driving around town.. (Stop and Go) It usually idles anywhere from 1500rpm to 2000rpm. This is very obnocious and i just need some advice to help me get it back to normal.

Normally I'd tell you to search, and link you to Terry's guide. But today, with your problem, I believe your issue is your throttle cable is too tight. Searching will rarely yield this result, but it is a fairly common problem. There should be absolutely no tension on the throttle cable when idling, hot or cold. There should be a small amount of slack.
