Hi guys,
Attached is a recent log. I've been having rich cruising and idle issues and recently started playing with the MAF scaling. The AFRs went from 9.5-10.5:1 while cruising to 11.5-12.5:1. A step in the right direction it seems. At idle, it went from 11-12:1 to the 16's on startup. But the O2 feedback trim is constantly maxed out at 24.8 and pushing the AFR richer and richer. It continues to do so even when the idle AFR is less than 14.7.
The log starts as idling in the driveway, then I take it for a short drive with a couple pulls. It ends with me idling in the driveway before I turn the car off. Idle TPS is about 14%. I'm not sure if the o2 sensor is bad or something. The voltage reading does fluctuate during pulls but not by much and not at all under idle or light driving. This seems to me like a faulty sensor.
I'm not new to tuning but I am new to ecuflash/evoscan so I figured I'd post a log to gather others' input. If the symptoms and log point to a faulty o2, I'll change it right away and report back. In case there is something else I missed, please let me know.
Also, during a pull it seems like I am hitting a wall on MAF Hz at 1593.75. And the load logged seems a little high for 15psi. No wideband logged but I have a serial adapter coming in Friday so I can log that as well.
Edit: I should mention that the car was running great before with some of the same hardware. Idle and cruise perfect at 14.7. It had the same fuel system, same intake tube, MAF, intercooler kit, same o2 sensor, and same ECU as it does now. This is the only thing making me question whether or not it actually is the o2 sensor.
The car now has a built motor with cams blah blah blah.
