ECMlink Idle Air/ Fuel ratio problem when coolant fan turns on

I'm having a problem with my Galant VR4 when my radiator cooling fan turns on. I have a pretty rock solid idle at 14.5-14.9 A/F until my cooling fan turns on then my idle goes lean to around 16:1. I've read up all I can about the InjBatteryAdj tab under the direct access tab but am a little confused how to fix this problem.

Most people I've read online with this same problem while logging battery voltage they can see their voltage drop when their fan turns on (say their alternator is putting out 14v at idle then dropping down into the low 12v's when their fan turns on which explains their a/f ratio going a little lean). They say to add some dead time to the 12v box which fixes the battery draw issue (since these people can see the voltage drops down down to ~12v). Logging battery voltage on my car at idle I'm seeing around 14.1v fan off, fan on my voltage might drop down to 14v (virtually zero drop).

Should I try adding some dead time to the 14v box even though I'm not seeing really any voltage drop fan on or off? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm finally getting this car dialed in.
