2G Idle/ AC fan Electrical Problems

So my car has been in the body shop for 3 weeks being painted. The car was undriven. The only electrical components that was swapped was installed new eagle eye headlights. Now all of a sudden my A/C fan is on when the A/C is off and the car won’t idle at stops, it just dies in neutral at red lights and I have to crank again. Can anyone help?

I would check the ect sensor associated plug and wiring. Any cel?

Sounds like they messed up wiring with your ebay headlights to the fan wiring
