Is that on the passenger side of the car??? Mine dont have that!
Definitely looks like the end thats in your hand, goes to the back of the radio, for the antena!

Yeah it's on the passenger side, there's a very similar wire that runs along the drivers side as well (a bit thicker though) but that wire goes to the antenna.

Hmmm... I was just looking in the back passenger side of my car, and theres no wires over there...Their all on the drivers side! weird..
Hell, mine don't even have the wire like yours going up toward the roof, on either side!
 
It leads up into the roof, from there I don't know where it goes..
