These are sapposed to be 660 but I got these. There's no markings on the injexto except for "423" on the white plastic part. They look different from the 450, that are morked.

they look just like my old pte 660's mine never had a tag on them either.. my new pte 880 do have a tag i dont know why the older ones did'nt but, what ever.

But if I put them in the car runs lean, if i put the tune in for 450's it runs much better.

well if thats the case you should have them flow tested. can i ask where you got them from?

Bought them used That wont happen again. How/where do I get them flow checeked?

I know you can send them right to pte for a flow test. Im sure if you searched around you could find other places as well

by the way i was just reading thru your mods list and realized your tuning useing a afc from what i've read "i've never used an afc,have dsmlink" it gets pretty hard to tune using an afc with anything over 550cc.. could also be the problem. just a after thought!

ok then that changes things. when you had them installed did you have your fuel trims set properly? ltft lo and mid/hi ?

When we first started with dsmlink we had the 660's highlight and the wb (I just got installed too) was reading lean. So playing around with it we found that everything ran fine with the setting for 450 with 0 deadtime. I want to make sure what injectors I have to see if the problem is the inj or the sensor. I have a guy at work who has a way to check them with air.

useing the wide band will throw you off untill you get you ltft's in line and also dead time. i tried doing the same thing when i first installed my 880's but it never worked out. once i got my ltft's (lo and mid) the same useing my dead time adjustment i then lowered or raised the global to zero the ltft's out. i've always used my wide band as a w.o.t. tuning tool. if you get you ltft's correct your ecu will correct it to 14.7 unless your at w.o.t thats when your wide band will come in handy. dsm link does not change you fuel/timing unless your w.o.t. (openloop)

Find any diesel shop in your area, most will ultra sonic clean them and flow check for between 35 and 50 bucks. Diesel specialties here in town charges me 35 bucks a set... Not bad IMO.. now if I could just find those little caps for my 720's that go over the pintle i'd have my second set for my dual rail setup
