yeah but I will accept the risk of learning more than i know now. I just bought a modded DSM and am in over my head so any piece of information is better than none, even if only 10% is correct. That just means i am 10% smarter than i was before i read it. I mean if you have a no sh** DSM how to guide I would appreciate it. I have been reading everything i can get my hands on right now.

No point in EVER trusting wikipedia. i don't understand why you are even considering going off of there. DSMtuners with more information on DSM's you will EVER need.

You can trust wiki, you just have to follow the sources at the end.

I agree with what these guys is saying, information on the wiki is as credible or as dumb as the source.. Go thru the zillion of threads in here, it will be more information than it is necessary. Keep in mind that there are a lot of experienced / wise guys here that can correct any wrong info and there will be "healthy" discussions.

Buy a chiltons or haynes manual, or even better both if you want to know how to work on it and both together give you enough info to get anything done...

chiltons and haynes manuals lack everythin when you compare it to a OEM shop manual like this one:

ill bet it will be sold promptly after some DSMrs find out about it.

but the .PDF file is found for free somewhere in the internet's .

It's true I haven't learned anything recently. Car is away for the winter. However, I did get clarification on why eBay intercooler cores are fail. I would share it, but we all know where the newbs of this forum would go with their responses because they are cheapos.

The funny thing is, if I could get to the garage and work on it I would. However, since my garage is in the United States of America and amazingly enough I am in Afghanistan, it makes it a little hard to go out to the garage and turn a wrench, therefore, I am attempting to get as much information as possible. Since everyone seems to be a critic of Wiki, how about the "KNOW IT ALLS" go fix it and quite complaining about how bad it is. There is a reason this is in the newbie forum, its because we are looking for helpful places to find information. So instead of trying to talk down to people how about you help them out a little.
