I have fuel, spark, compression but the car won't start!

I have a 91 Talon Turbo FWD that I'm putting back together. I did a compression test and I have 155 across the board. I have fuel, and spark as well as tried another ECU. It just sits and cranks with no attempt to start. The car is completely stock. Unsure of the base timing. I had a boost leak at the injectors but I got that fixed today and it still wont start.
 
I pulled the fuel rail and cranked it over with the injectors firing into a bottle. I know it's not the best way but this car is getting on my nerves..LOL Yes the injectors are firing.
 
'91. Roll the CAS sensor where the holddown holes are about center of the lockdown nuts, that'll get you close to base timing.

Is your belt timing correct?

Do you smell gas like if you're flooded? IF so, hold the throttle open to aid in drying up the extra fuel. Are the plugs wet with fuel? If so, dry them off with starter fluid.

Any vacuum leaks? That's usually makes a hard, or no start.

Zap a shot of starter fluid in the intake manifold.

Some basic tips here to check for no-start.

Belt timing is correct. I do smell fuel as if it's flooded. I am doing a boost leak test today. I'll let you know the results.
 
It is DEFINETLY NOT the CAS. Ohterwise you wouldn't be getting fuel or spark......
It sounds like the spark plug wires are backwards, or coolant temp sensor is bad. try spraying starter fluid in throttle body with I/C pipe off to see it it startes.....If it starts with starter fluid then it is something simple.
BTW if you spray starter fluid in there and it backfires then it is your plug wires are backwards or timing is off.

Replaced the coolant temp sensor yesterday. I didn't do anything to help the starting problem.
 
maybe you have the plugs switched around on the back of the motor crank,coil,knock just throwing something out there.
 
Did you replace the right temp sensor? One is for the ECU (with 2 wires), and the 1 wire one is just for the gauge.
Check the order of your plug wires. Are your plugs staying dry or are they soaked with fuel?
Have you sprayed carb cleaner in to see if it runs while you're spraying it (if the plugs aren't soaked)?
Checked cam timing?
CAS not turned right (on the cam)?
 
I am having the same exact problem man.

I have spark on all four.
Fuel.

Timing, and no start...

My problem started happening after I washed the engine bay...and my plugs are getting gas on them.. ring any bells?

Same symptoms you are having?

I ordered a new CAS so we will see where that gets me...
 
If spark plug order/timing is correct and you are getting fuel and spark, I would say it have to be your cam angle sensor.
 
How did you say you checked for spark? If your getting fuel and spark the CAS is working. Power transistor can be faulty even with spark. The 2 prong coolant temp sensor will cause complete no start as well.
 
Figured it out today...It was the MPI relay. Thanks for the help every one.
