I figured out where the bottom and middle ones went. But can’t find the tops spot. Does anyone know where vacuum lines go to in the intake black box

If you deleted the cruise control, you no longer need the black box. It's the vacuum reservoir for the cruise control servo. You can remove it and toss it out. Make sure you cap off the fitting on the intake to prevent a vacuum leak.
