Alright, so in the overhaul in this car, so many parts and bolts, I pulled a :ohdamn:

I forgot the routing on the intake manifold for the vacuum lines... The set up is confusing... to me at least. I havent seen how I set it up for over a year now.

Before I get into it, please note that the Vac line that comes off the compressor side has been blocked off. There is no nipple to hook up a line to it.
I planned ahead, knowing Vac lines werent my strong point, and did a Full emissions delete.

In the picture listed, theres 3 lines off the intake manifold that I dont know where they go. Also, not pictured is the 2 fuel rail vac lines. No clue on those either. The stock FPR is also gone.

So questions being are;
Where do those 3 line outlets go?
What about the fuel rail lines?
What can I use to hook up the MBC compressor line into?
What outlet do I use for the Boost gauge?

Sorry for the noob questions. Like I said, vac lines are not my strong point, and I dont wanna mess up a good motor.

3 should be off the fuel rail. 1 brake booster I believe. And 2 is the one that runs to my bov and wastegate.

Huge misinformation in the first reply in this thread.
1. Brake booster
2. BOV
3. FPR

The ? Line can be looped since you deleted emissions.
There is a nipple underneath the BOV nipple on the intake manifold that points upwards. That is the one to your pcv on the valve cover. That should cover it.

Just to add, you don't want to tap into your BOV line for anything. It needs its own dedicated line.

Tap your boost gauge into the line going to the FPR.

What is your question about fuel rail lines...?

Your wastegate really should have its own dedicated line as close to the compressor outlet as possible or even on the compressor housing.

Thanks for the really quick responses guys.
My hood only ever had a "Got Boost?" sticker under it. The Vac diagram would have been nice...

I know the BOV is supposed to be a dedicated line, but what can I use to replace the compressor inlet? Then the gauge?

I dont have the inlet nipple for the Vac line from the compressor housing.
Im asking what I can use to replace it.
Pics will be on shortly.

Pic 1: Compressor capped.
Pic 2: Stock FPR is gone?
Pic 3: Fuel Rail Vac line.

The fuel pressure solenoid is missing, but the stock FPR is what you circled in pic 3.

On pic 1, Remove the J pipe, drill it and tap it with a 1/8, Make sure to drill it where is welded, there will be more meet because of the weld and obviously, there will be more meet to tap it,,,,,,, Go to the auto parts and get a 1/8 nipple and screw it in, don't forget to use some weld on or thread locker to have a good seal.

On pic 2, 3. If you don't have the fpr sensor, just run a vacuum hose from the intake nipple to the fuel rail (fpr).

You can use any other nipple from the intake piping (before the throttle body), but it will be toooooooooo loooooooooong and the wastegate will not be as accurate as it should be.
As shorter the hose is as better respond it will get, 99% of us runs the line from the pipe closer to the turbo or the turbo compressor it self.
