question #1. where does the vacuum line come off the fuel pressure regulator (all stock '90 1g) go to? I've seen it been run to the senonoid on the firewall and I've also seen it run to a vacuum port on the intake. which is correct?
question #2. how do I run my vacuum lines for the wastegate, intake, etc. when I have no MBC? the taboo pics only show if you have a MBC?

thanks in advance

well the wastegate control solenoid looks kind of like a boost controller. there should be a vacuum diagram underneath your hood that outlines everything. unless someone removed it that is. but the vac line from the fpr to the solenoid on the fire wall is correct. this way the pcm can override fuel pressure settings such as under wot.

this might help.....

can you lable your diagram please?

and just took make things more clear, I am removing the emissions. I have a EGR block-off plate installed and have removed the emissions canister. I also don't have a MBC, that's why I need to know if I should keep the BCS or eliminate it and how to route the hoses for it.

thanks again

All the BCS is is a computer controlled boost controller. If you want to get rid of it, just use the above diagrams to add in a length of tubing from the wastegate to a pressure source. Suggested is the compressor housing, j-pipe or IC piping.

Just leave the BCS plugged in to keep the CEL off, but you can remove the lines off it without problems.

so what I did is left the bcs plugged in but removed the hoses. I then capped the one on the intake and ran a single line from the wastegate to the j-pipe on the intercooler hose. is this correct?
