Got a basic tune today , car is running good ...Now i cranked my manual boost controller (turbo smart ) ..Tring to get it to 20 psi and its a no go ,stuck at 12 psi ...Let me know what i need to do to be able to get their

Lots of mods to get higher results - ECU, FMIC, larger injectors, GM MAF .. just to name a few.

Increasing turbo boost is just a cheap wannabe band-aid fix to the solution. Need to get to the heart of the solution - gotta spend some money now.

Already done BLT , no leaks when i open up the manual boost controller i get no extra boost ..(also did the blt for 23 psi

Come on guys , Turbo smart manual boost controllers , have an arrow saying this side to wastegate

is it a ball and spring style bc? if so i have seen them rust or corrode and become non responsive. usually taking them apart and cleaning them will fix this issue.

For your setup though it looks like you should have no issues with hitting 20 psi. what is wg pressure on the 16g? pull the line and see what happens

Okay what about an exhaust leak. It's doubtful, but then again easy to check. Siphon some seafoam into the engine via the a vacuum line (P port on intake mani). Shut the engine off, let it sit for 20 minutes and start it back up again. Check for exhaust leaks before the turbo.

Or in the other realm, a restriction. Maybe a clogged cat, internally collapsed SS flex point in the DP, or the OEM 'sealing ring' between the exhaust manifold and turbine inlet.

Found the problem there was no spring in the mbc also lost the dam ball when i opened it ...Also found a big boost leak on the throttle shaft , the nut seems to be stripped on the bolt/or shaft (can't tighten it , or loosen it)
