How to get more power to the wheels

I have a 99 eclips gs automatic with a turbo kit and im wondering if anyone knows how i could get more power to the wheels with my auto tranny.

one easy way to get more torque to the ground is a) lighter and/or smaller wheels.

any time you have something rotating mass to get power to ground, the heavier it is, the worse.. flywheel is another thing u could lighten... disconnecting power steering, a/c might give you a bit more power.
