1G How to check TCU for power?

Anyone know what wire I cant find any schematics of this been looking all day. I get short pulses on a voltmeter I assume this says everything is ok But could it still do this even if the TCU isnt seeing any power. TIA

Yeeaah Me being the genius that I am Ran outside with a tester light and found that the little plug had 3 power wires to it the medium 2 and the large only 1. Why I never thought of this is beyond me! But at least now I know its getting power!
