Someone should please give me some links of where i can find DSMs for a decent price. Maybe in the Milwaukee, Chicago area? Anyone know of a site that could help?

92 Laser RS Turbo A/T $400 (broken timing belt) got fixed though.

90-91? Talon TSI 5spd 130K traded laser for it (current project)

95 GSX 5spd 120K $5K thought it was high but it was the closest one to me, but i figured it had enough in mods to make up the difference. 18's, act 2100, boost & a/f gauges, MBC, lightweight flywheel, catback 2.5 exhaust, 2gb front bumper with black projectors, short shifter

Happy i got it though nothing beats a AWD DSM!:thumb: :dsm: :dsm: :dsm:

I payed $6,000 for my 97 GST Spyder a month ago. The car is pretty much immaculant and the guy threw in an 7" Alpine touchscreen so I'm not complaining about the price. It has about 95,000 miles which isn't too big of a deal considering I've owned cars with many more miles including a couple Turbo 1 Chryslers.

92' tsi with ACT stage 2 clutch 152xxx km's (canada here), full bosch fuel system, half a stereo, short throw shifter, lowered for $800CA

It all started with the flap of a butterfly's wings
1st is a 90 Mits. Eclipse 1.8 NT $750 needed clutch found 1 evening bought the next day (from a dealer) 138,000 miles
2nd is 90 Plymouth Laser RS FWD Turbo for $650 non running condition needed clutch and fuel pump (Also bought from a dealer) 111,000 miles
3rd just bought yesterday is a 91 Eagle talon Tsi FWD for $275 w/ many many parts, 1 extra block, 2 extra heads (Private Party) 120,000 miles
The Talon doesn't move head is off of the car (engine was rebuilt then torn down 50 miles later because of knock).

1995 Talon TSi AWD

Bone stock, automatic, perfect interior, every option, near perfect exterior.

63,000 miles.

$5500 from a roadside dealership.

No problems....yet.

I just picked mine up on saturday...had to make a 400mile round trip but it was very worth it. the car now has about 435 miles on the brand new motor

one of the cleanest 1G dsm's ive seen in oregon is now mine.
got it for $2500 everything is new on it except for the cracked exhaust manifold.

Just bought a stock 95 eclipse GS-T for $3400 with 90K on the motor and turbo from a service manager who previoulsy worked at Mitsubishi dealership and now at a BMW dealership. Love it! :D

'92 Eclipse GSi for about 2400 EUR (approx 3000 USD) 6 months ago from Germany. 190kkm on the motor. Body in very good condition, and the engine seems to be also. Manual transaxle knuckles weirdly when shifting.

You might think this is quite expensive, but the cheapest Eclipse you can find sold here in Finland costs around 5000-6000 EUR (6500-7500 USD). It's a rare car here, because it has never been imported. I travelled down to Germany, bought my car there for 1000 EUR and when I brought it home I had to pay a tax fee of 1400 EUR. I'm almost certain that I'd get the 5000 EUR of my Eclipse if I sold it right now, but I rather keep it for myself :)

well i bought my 97 gst with around 118k miles on it for a whooping 6500usd... it ran good for a week or so, then developed a rod knock and at the two week marker... almost exactly, it blew a chunk outta piston #1... maryland has lemon laws so i could have sued the SOB who sold me the car and gotten all his med school money but oh well.

I paid $400 for my 92 Talon Tsi Awd.
Got it running already....
It was a toss up, get it running, or repaint it first.

But ya, I had to replace thecrank pulley and sproket, rewire the alternator, fix small things here and there, and replace the rear calipers.
The interior sucks, but oh well...It works otherwise.
Oh yea, I think it might have a spun bearing, but I got an extra block, crank, and bearing seal thingys with the car.

Id say a good deal. It only has 86k miles on it too:thumb:

---this pic is from before I bought it....Not as nice close up.
