2G How do I remove this piece

I bought a 3D printed gauge pod to replace the vent on my dash. Only problem is I don’t know how to remove it without breaking the stuff around it. Any help? I am trying to remove the larger driver side vent

Old school would be to use a flathead screwdriver and a rag to pry them out but it's easy to get plastic pry tools now to do it and not risk marring the trim.
